1 General Terms & Acceptance

By accessing or using the bet356 platform — whether through the website or the mobile app — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. 2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use the bet356 platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older. bet356 takes age verification seriously. If we have reason to believe that an account holder is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending verification, and any winnings accrued during that period may be withheld.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each person is permitted to hold only one registered account with bet356. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different devices or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with the individual may be closed and any balances may be voided. If you already have an account and have forgotten your login details, use the account recovery option rather than creating a new account.

2.3 Accurate Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, and contact details. This information is used to verify your identity and process withdrawals. Providing false or misleading information at registration is a violation of these terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

2.4 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — confidential. 3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bet356 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in PKR. The following payment methods are supported: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, debit and credit cards, and other approved mobile wallets. Payment methods available to your account may vary based on your location and verification status. bet356 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.

3.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your bet356 wallet within seconds of the transaction being confirmed. Bank transfers and Raast payments may take slightly longer depending on your bank. Deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits which are displayed at the time of transaction. If a deposit is not credited within a reasonable timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

To request a withdrawal, your account must be verified. Verification requires submission of identity documents as requested by our team. Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable limits are shown in your account settings.

Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are processed promptly. Most requests are completed within 24 hours. During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. bet356 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

3.4 Wagered Funds & Pending Bets

Funds that are currently staked on open bets cannot be withdrawn until those bets are settled. If you have an active bet and request a withdrawal, only the portion of your balance not tied to open bets will be available for withdrawal.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses offered by bet356 — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, PSL promotions, and VIP rewards — are subject to specific terms and conditions that are stated on the relevant promotion page. These general terms apply alongside those specific conditions. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible bet types, minimum odds, and validity period are all stated clearly on each promotion. Bets placed on excluded markets or below the minimum qualifying odds do not contribute to wagering requirements.

4.3 One Bonus Per Player

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is available to one account per person, per household, and per device. Creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the bonus being removed and the account being reviewed for suspension.

4.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have a validity period. If the wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically. Validity periods are shown on each promotion and are calculated from the time the bonus is credited to your account.

4.5 bet356 Right to Modify Promotions

bet356 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated where possible, but we are not liable for any inconvenience caused by changes to promotional offers.

5 Betting Rules & Bet Settlement

5.1 Placing Bets

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. bet356 reserves the right to refuse any bet without providing a reason, particularly where there is evidence of unusual betting patterns, suspected match manipulation, or where the platform has reason to question the integrity of an event.

5.2 Cricket & PSL Betting

For cricket markets — including Pakistan Super League, T20 internationals, and Test cricket — bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a match being abandoned or ruled as a no-result by the governing body, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned, unless specific in-play markets have already been settled before the abandonment.

5.3 Live Betting

Live betting markets are available on selected cricket, football, and other events. Odds on live markets change in real time and the odds at which your bet is accepted are final. bet356 takes all reasonable steps to keep live odds accurate but accepts no liability for technical errors that result in clearly incorrect odds being displayed. Bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds may be voided at bet356's discretion.

5.4 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void under the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed and not completed within 24 hours of the scheduled start time; a technical error results in an incorrect market being published; or the result of an event is subsequently altered by the governing body. Void bets have stakes returned in full to the player's account.

5.5 Disputes & Errors

If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must raise a dispute within 7 days of settlement. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. Contact customer support with your bet ID and a clear description of the issue. bet356 will review the dispute and respond within a reasonable timeframe. The decision of bet356 on all settlement disputes is final.

6 Prohibited Conduct & Account Suspension

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bet356 platform:

• Creating more than one account or using another person's account
• Providing false identity or age information during registration or verification
• Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes or exploit bonus offers
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform
• Exploiting technical errors or software bugs to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in matched betting schemes designed solely to clear bonuses without genuine betting activity
• Any activity that constitutes fraud, money laundering, or financial crime

6.2 Account Restriction & Suspension

bet356 reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently close any account where there is reasonable evidence of a violation of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or where required to do so for compliance purposes. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, funds in the account may be withheld pending investigation and, where appropriate, reported to relevant authorities.

6.3 Account Closure by the Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be paid out to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification being complete and no outstanding disputes or pending bets.

7 Privacy & Data Use

bet356 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data collected during registration, identity verification, payment processing, and your general use of the platform.
